• KVH wooden prisms 100x100mm – spruce, certified, dried, planed
• metal screws – different thicknesses and sizes adapted to the dimension of the wooden struts
• treatment of wooden struts with an anti-mould and anti-fungal product – sodium borate salt (without carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the human body)
• 100mm thick thermal insulation – fibreboard (possibility of adjusting the type according to personal preference)
• internal formwork – 10mm thick OSB board (possibility of placing other board material – plywood, plasterboard, Tatra profile, …)
• external formwork – 18mm thick OSB board + 40mm ventilation space between the waterproofing foil and the external formwork
• roof covering – EPDM RubberCover foil (black colour)
• 1pc door opening (door is not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
• openings for windows (windows are not included in the price calculation due to individual personal preference of the interested party)
• thermally insulated terrace – treated against ground moisture with a rubber-asphalt coating (by gluing EPDM foil),
